CARNAGE ICON is a group of musicians that have been assembled by band leader Scott Wyllie, the goal is to create music that is equal parts familiar and something a little different in the Metal genre.

Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
The band started with other people coming in and out but things never really got off the ground. Since the decision to be a studio-only band, we have been able to complete 2 albums and things are moving forward to being a full-time group in the future.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
There are no plans to play live at the moment, but if the interest grows then we will grow too and come play for you!
Your musical influences
This list could be as long as my arm, and that's quite long. There are many that influence us but for now, I'll say the country of Sweden has been our biggest influence ! We enjoy lots of different kinds of music and hope to be able to mix these things in a organic way but stay true to our metal roots, bloody roots :)
What equipment do you use?
ESP Guitars, Kemper profiling amps, Mesa Boogie cabs. In the studio we use whatever sounds best, we're tied to no branding so if it fits then it sits.
