I was in Macduff town
with my trousers down
trying to get it on
with a drunk girl I found

The temperature was cold 
below zero I was told
at the inquest to 
my murder inquiry

I shot the bad girl 
but i did not * her deputy
A! she was just lying there 
That said a lot to me

but I didn't leave her lying there
Oh I took her home, and I cleaned her up
gave here a bed
for the night

I spend my time in Macduff town 
just wandering round and round the town
and see what going on
see if anyone's around

everybody knows me here
but their motives just ain't clear
for dragging me around
they think I did a bad thing their

but I didn't help her daddy home

but I paid the price for it

anything
But I enjoyed the experience 
of her brown skin



I will live in Macduff town
until the day I die
I may die in a helicopter crash 
I may die in my own way

Motorcycle accident 
or just a simple explosion 
there's a thousand ways to die 
and I ain't choosing
